These Snow River cutting boards are made by craftsmen in the the backwoods of Wisconsin using select hardwood recycled from the furniture industry. The round shape with a drip channel is perfect for drying cheeses before waxing. Suitable for both our Dutch and Classic cheese press molds. Once cheeses are dried, it makes a great serving platform too! When you're not using it for cheeses, it also is a perfect companion for your home bar!
