Hardwood European Crafted Vegetable Shredders

Cabbage shredder is big and sharp. I purchased the large one instead of the smaller. I wish they would oil the wood as it comes dry and I used some mineral oil in a fitting plastic container with lid to soak it well. Other than that it works very well good!

Perfect for making Sauerkraut.

I didn't really need this much of a gadget but I hate trying to get my cabbage through the smaller mandolins. I like the longer shreds. I still fear for my fingers and still wear the armor gloves just in case. Customer service is great and responded to my issue in a speedy time. This thing makes perfect slices and shreds.

It is a big piece of equipment. Haven't used it yet, but I can tell already that it will shred an amazing amount of cabbage in no time. Beautifully made, too.

After borrowing one of these to slice large quantities of cabbage for the church, everyone was so impressed by how well the cabbage turned out that I have become the designated cabbage slicer for all future events.
