In the event that we are unable to rectify a problem or you as our customer are not satisfied, please review our return policies below:
General Return Information:
Items may be returned (in sellable condition) with their original packaging for a full refund (less return shipping) within 30 days. Items that have been used may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to Sales@rawrutes.com and we will generate a return number and return shipping label for your order.
Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of many of our items, shipping damage does happen from time to time, despite our best efforts. Write to us at Sales@rawrutes.com and we will generate a return number and return shipping label for you. Please indicate in your letter if you would like a refund or a replacement item. Use the provided label and mail the item back to us in it's original packaging. If you would like a new product we will immediately send one to you, while the return is in transit. If you would like a full refund, we will issue it upon receiving your return.
Buying an appliance like one of our dehydrators is an investment in your home, health and harvesting. We know that you have many choices when it comes to making the decision to do your business with us. That’s why we offer you 30 days from delivery to return your dehydrator (in good condition) for a full refund. You just pay shipping back to us. Heavily used items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to Sales@rawrutes.com and we will generate a prepaid return label or you may use your own. Please note: All items must be returned in their original packaging.
