In the event that we are unable to rectify a problem or you as our customer are not satisfied, please review our return policies below:
ALL orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS.
Shipping times range from 2-5 business days depending on where you live.
We do not offer expedited shipping services.
We apologize for the inconvenience but we are currently not shipping internationally.
Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of many of our items, shipping damage does happen from time to time, despite our best efforts.
Damages-Please contact Sales@rawrutes.com and we will generate a return number and return shipping label for you. Please indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement item.
Use the provided label and mail the item back to us in it's original packaging.
If you would like a new product we will immediately send one to you, while the return is in transit.
If you would like a full refund, we will issue it upon receiving your return.
Incorrect Orders- Please contact us immediately regarding the issue and we will correct the order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contactSales@rawrutes.com immediately and we will generate a return number for your order.
Items may be returned in NEW condition with their original packaging for a full refund (less return shipping) within 30 days. Restocking fees of up to 20% or return shipping charges may apply.
