Our Commitment to you:

Raw Rutes commitment to you doesn't end at the shipping dock. We are always eager to provide you with the technical support, guidance or information you deserve when it comes to our products. In the event that we are unable to rectify a problem or you as our customer are not satisfied, please review our return policies below:

General Return Information:

Items may be returned (in like new condition) with their original packaging for a full refund (less return shipping) within 30 days. Items that have been used or arrive at our facilities otherwise damaged may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to Sales@rawrutes.com and we will generate a return number and return shipping label for your order.

 

Damaged Items: 

Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of many of our items, shipping damage does happen from time to time, despite our best efforts. Write to us at Sales@rawrutes.com and we will generate a return number and return shipping label for you. Please indicate in your letter if you would like a refund or a replacement item. Use the provided label and mail the item back to us in it's original packaging. If you would like a new product we will  immediately send one to you, while the return is in transit. If you would like a full refund, we will issue it upon receiving your return.
