If you haven't figured it out by now, we like to be hands-on. That's why ALL of our wholesale items are packaged and shipped right from our warehouse in Lancaster, NY. Each order is processed by a Raw Rutes Employee, most likely Jeff...or if Jeff is not there it will probably be Chris. BUT Jeff rarely misses a day of work ;)

So you want to apply for a wholesale account?
First, please read the complete terms of agreement below before applying for a new account.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
All businesses applying for a wholesale account with Raw Rutes LLC must submit a copy of :
- A current Tax Resale Certificate
WHO SHOULD APPLY:
- Brick & Mortar
- Catalog Businesses
- Online Retailers with active website
- Event-based businesses
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:
- 3rd Party Ecommerce Re-sellers. Wholesalers are not permitted to sell Raw Rutes products through 3rd party sites such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Alibaba, AliExpress, any auction sites, or social media sites such as Facebook or Instagram. Failure to comply may result in your wholesale status being revoked and/or legal action.
MINIMUMS & PRICING
- Our minimum order is $250 USD for all accounts.
- You can mix and match sku's to reach the $250 minimum.
- With the exception of short-term sales, Raw Rutes products may not be sold for less than the current US MSRP retail price listed on the price list.
- We reserve the right to refuse future business with anyone who resells our items at wholesale or near wholesale prices.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment is due in FULL prior to shipping.
PAYMENT METHODS
- We will send you an invoice that is payable via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal.
- For larger orders, we do arrange different methods.
- We do not accept cash or personal check.
ESTIMATED PRODUCTION OR LEAD TIME
- In stock items will be processed in 1-3 business days
- Quantities over 2,000 units will be processed in 2 weeks or sooner.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Wholesale orders may not be returned.
- We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.
- If your merchandise is damaged or defective, please email us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
