Tofu Press Drip Tray

I know this isn’t exactly necessary, but it’s a quality stainless steel tray that the absolutely perfect size. And as a bonus it is also the perfect size tray to marinate two slabs of tofu after pressing. I am very happy I got it

This was a gift that was forecast to arrive 6 days before the recipient's birthday. It arrived after their birthday. When the celebrant opened the gift 5 days after their special day, they said it looked really neat. They haven't tried it yet. I recommend a change of shippers.

The drip tray is an excellent way to catch the liquid pressed out of the tofu.

It is also a great way to spread the heavy weight of the press over a larger area when sitting in your refrigerator or on your counter.
