After we designed our Tofu Ninja and Sumo Presses, we realized the job was not done. No, these Knights needed a Squire. A Companion... A... A... Guide!

This tool is perfect for slicing up a block of tofu into uniform slices, cubes or strips. Simply place the block on the guide, and start slicing. Cut using every slot for 1/4" slices or every other slot for 1/2" slices. Then, grab half the block, rotate 90° and cut again for strips, and for cubes just flip it onto it's side and slice once more!  Uniform tofu pieces for jerky, soups, stir fries or the grill has never been easier! This little tool is also perfect for slicing things like zucchini & potatoes.

Can’t believe your eyes

Very deceptive photo. It makes the slicer seem much bigger than it is. A total waste of money.

Now we have perfect Tofu

Having found a great new baked tofu recipe, we needed the finished dish to look perfect too. The slicer guide is the go to tool for uniform and neat slices. Love that it is Made in USA and Buffalo, NY to boot.

Works well!!

I bought it for tofu but I also have found my self using it for other items that wont stand up to a mandolin slicer. Also it works well do doing carrots celery onion for soup when I want nice even slices.

I’m an Aussie and when I saw this I had to have it. Shipping was reasonable and it works as described. I also use it for cutting some veggies
