Maybe you've noticed how every time you buy a new grill or BBQ (to replace the one that rusted out in just a few years) the sheet metal seems just a little thinner than the last time. Perhaps you've discovered that your kitchen knives barely seem to hold an edge. Even after sharpening. What ever happened to knives you could sharpen again and again until there was only a handle left? And don't even get us started on the plastic items and tools in your home that pieces break off of, rendering them useless. If this or similar questions have you feeling blue, you're not alone. It's time to face the music: We're stuck in a disposable era.
That's where we come in and that's what makes us different from other companies you could choose to do business with. We stand behind each and every product we sell. We maintain very close relationships with all of our suppliers, and even have our own people, well versed in quality control, sourcing the best materials and inspecting production runs. Wojtek is one of those people. He travels around Europe and America working with our suppliers, speaking English, Polish, Russian and even some terrible (but effective) French. We want you to feel great about the tools you own. That's why we make sure that good people are using good stuff to make them.
We start with materials like heavy gauge stainless steel or hardwood and put everything together with quality screws (the kind that don't strip out). If screws aren't enough, chances are that Aleks welds it all together with his top notch tig welding skills. He's been welding stuff for over 30 years. In five different countries. In four different languages. Then Fiodor and his team handle the assembly. He can wire anything. Houses. Cars. Dehydrators. You're definitely in good hands.
If you're buying something that's not made out of metal, like a fermenting crock we've got you covered there too. We work with a factory in Poland that has a four hundred year ceramics making tradition. The crocks and ceramics are formed and glazed by hand. By real-live potters. Say What??
If you haven't figured it out by now, we like to be hands-on. That's why we don't dropship items. We warehouse everything ourselves. Each order is processed by a Raw Rutes Employee.
If you want to learn more about us, be sure to check out Who are we? The bottom line is: If you're someone who appreciates quality & top notch customer service and you like buying something once, we're your guys and girls. We won't let you down.
